Founded in 1962, KASO Plastics is a full-service custom thermoplastic injection molder. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment and our skilled staff to ensure that high quality, close-tolerance products are manufactured at a globally competitive price. Injection Molding Services
Our 50,000 sq. foot state-of-the-art facility houses injection molding machines ranging from 55 to 610 tons. The molding machines are equipped with 3-axis servo robots for improved part quality, process consistency, and labor reduction. Fully mobile auxiliary equipment, central drying system, and overhead cranes keep KASO equally prepared for long and short run production. Learn more about our injection molding services.
Engineering Services
Our comprehensive, seasoned engineering team utilizes our Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) process to bring design for manufacturability, mold flow analysis, material selection experts, cost reduction concepts and many more advantages to your design long before it is completed. With years of practical experience combined with constant focus on finding fresh, new ideas, the seasoned KASO staff welcomes new challenges. Quality Assurance & Control
Quality Assurance: KASO employs a full-time Management Representative to oversee and manage the effectiveness of our quality system. With a strong company culture of utilizing systems for the benefit of KASO as its customers and a strong internal auditing system KASO Plastics has maintained its ISO registration since 1999.
Quality Control: Our investment in a fully equipped metrology lab, experienced technicians and inspectors that operate within a strong quality system continues to yield excellent results.
