The job of maintaining and assuring quality at KASO Plastics goes well beyond the Quality Control Department. It is a constant multi-departmental effort, with inspection and testing procedures throughout
all our operations. This commitment to exacting standards and practices is evident in our final product.
KASO Plastics is registered with the internationally
recognized ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance Standard as a precision injection molder. Quality is an integral component of every product produced at
KASO.
We use a full range of precision measuring equipment calibrated against traceable national standards as well as test-the-measurement systems, statistical techniques, and the latest quality database software.
Our
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) coordinated measuring machines are programmable from the CAD part database. This system calibrates quickly and precisely to significantly
decrease the amount of time needed to measure a part.
Because our customers’ quality requirements vary from basic lot sampling to capability studies and QS9000 Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions, we employ systematic, multiple quality
control inspections during all stages of production to ensure all parts are of the highest quality.
