DOES KASO HAVE AN IN-HOUSE INJECTION MOLD MANAGEMENT PROGRAM?
Your injection mold is your most valuable investment. Here at KASO, we ensure that investment continues to pay off by maintaining a rigorous injection mold maintenance and tool management program to ensure the proper care, cleaning, and maintenance of each mold we work with. Many injection molders put effort into tool maintenance only when there’s a problem. By choosing a manufacturer with in-house capabilities you can ensure frequent and thorough maintenance to ensure the quality of your injection molds is maintained.
DO YOU OFFER IN-HOUSE ENGINEERING?
Beware. Many manufacturers claim this capability, but really offer little in the way of true engineering assistance. KASO’s in-house engineering team works closely with your designers and project managers to help prepare products for successful manufacturing. KASO also provides an Early Supplier Involvement program that allows our engineering team to begin working with you early in the design process so you can ensure designs are manufacturable.

KASO has a 50,000 square foot facility that houses top of the line equipment for many different applications.
