For nearly 60 years, KASO Plastics has provided our customers with plastic injection molding and engineering expertise. As part of this growth, we have recently upgraded our facilities and equipment to keep up with climbing demand for KASO’s services. We’re excited to introduce some of our latest updates and improvements that will allow us to maintain the quality service we are proud to deliver.
INJECTION MOLDING FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS
At KASO Plastics, we understand how important presentation is to our customers– which is why we have made several recent improvements to our office space to enhance the comfort and security of our clients. In our warehouse, we have reorganized our rack system and streamlined our shipping process. By arranging our racks in narrow aisles, we have increased our storage capacity and made it easier to stage shipments. These new improvements to our office and warehouse spaces help reflect our commitment to providing a clean and modern facility for our customers and employees alike.
INJECTION MOLDING EQUIPMENT UPGRADES
In the interest of improving quality for our clients we’ve also taken advantage of the latest injection molding technologies, investing in a brand-new injection molding machine. The all-electric SE500EV-A-HD weighs in at 500 and has a 90mm injection unit. It is capable of producing 562 tons of clamping force and will boost injection speed for a faster plastic injection molding process at our facility.
